Default idling problem

I have a 1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe. Its powered by a chevy 400 SB it as an edelbrock intake manifold and 4 barrel carburetor. It was running good but in last week it has developed an idle problem. After it warms up and when im driving if i come to a stop sign or light it starts to idle really low and sometimes dies. I checked all the intake and carburetor bolts and they are tight. i thought it migt e a vacuum leak but im not sure. any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

It sure sounds like a vacuum leak to me. If not, is it possible that the engine is shifting on you and pinching the fuel line? Don't laugh, I've seen it happen on an engine with a broken motor mount.
