I have been working on building up my lc9 out of a 2011 gmc Sierra 1500. I know that the stock intake manifold will take injectors from a l96 6.0 but what about just swapping over the entire intake manifold. If I can find a salvage yard that has an l96 engine can I take the intake manifold with the injectors and throttle body and it be as simple as a bolt on swap?

I could be wrong, but they _might_ fit. I cant say that for certain however. I'll see if I can find out more.

 

I know the factory injectors are good to about 450 horse on the lc9 engine and the l96 injectors will fit right up to the factory manifold but I want to upgrade the manifold and throttle body anyways so if it would all fit (throttle body injectors and manifold) that would be perfect because with upgrading the intake and everything else I've already done I'm thinking I'll be sitting close to 500 horse which is where I want to end up anyway

 

I don't think that's is going to fit. Not positive, but the part numbers and looks don't match up with the 5.3 liter vs 6.0 liter. #12686561 vs. #12597600 respectively.
