number 5 and 6 cylinders, AHHHH

]Got a 383 stroker motor, brand new re-build, number 5 and 6 cylinders got spark, but it's like the timing is off, all others fire on time. checked wires, cap, plugs, rotor. Could this be something internal? Dist off 180, any ideas would be helpful.
