oil pressure gauge
Hey guys / gals.. new to the forum..
I have a 2012 Silverado W/T -- I would like to install an oil pressure gauge ( to replace the oil pressure "idiot light" )
Have any of you guys attempted this?
I thinking possibly an "adapter" that replaces the original oil pressure sending unit, or possibly an alternative location to access?
Any help / suggestions would be much appreciated!

yes i like "T-fitting"
i once drilled a hole in a Jeep block to add a guage. it all worked fine while I had it; but the metal was thin where i put the hole despite being my only real choice of where to put it.
using a T would be better than drilling a hole wherever that may be

Thanks for the reply! After doing a bit more research, i found that a company called Glowshift makes a " oil filter adapter" that once installed, provides the ports for oil temp, pressure ( i think 4 ports total) I'm still researching..
