Default Piston size rebuilding my 1970 400ci sbc.

My 1970 400 sbc has a .0015 bore taper so I want to have it bored out only enough to get it clean as being a 400 and Siamesed bores and all., Anyway why is it that at Summit they have a choice of 37 hypereutic and 20 forged for a standard bore of 4.125? I want to go 4.135 .01 over and can only find 4.145 .02 over for hypereutic. I can go .005 over with forged but the price hurts. Why have so many choices for a stock bore when what are the changes of having a bore that can use the stock size? I thought my .0015 taper was good but I am not gonna just glaze break and put in a 4.125 stock piston. I just do not understand, especially not being able to find a 4.135 .01 over hypereutic piston set at Summit. I forgot these choices are for using a 5.7 rod length not the stock 5.565. Any body help me with this question?
Thanks
