Default Seat belt chime

I have an 05 tahoe and the seat belt chme goes off constantly no matter if i have the belt latched or not how do i fix

I did some work in my car one afternoon had my knees all in the seat I must have either crushed cracked or got a seat belt sensor stuck took 3 days to figure it out , adjustment to the seat could trigger it but these days it could be a couple things.
