speedometer doesnt work...help

does anyone know what can be wrong with it or how i can fix it, any help will be appreciated

well GM has extended the warranty on an I/P cluster to 70,000. so if ur under that mileage take it in. also i have seen speedo's stick or not work do to wiring to the speed sensors.
