Default Stalls out, wont start. Fuel gauge fluctuations

I have a 96 Chevy 1500 5.7l. My problem is the truck stalls out with no warning and wont start back for a while. Also my fuel gauge is floating back and forth from actual amount to empty as I'm driving. I've replaced everything. New regulator, new pump and sending unit, fuel filter, crankshaft sensor, well you get the point. All but the kitchen sink. I'm now at a loss and have no idea what to check next. Please help.

Check your battery cables at both ends for looseness and corrosion. Also check all of your grounds.
