I'm having problems with chevrolet orlando 2012 163hp .. 1K vin (korea origin) car keeps anti theft system ON (icon keeps ON always) immediately after we removed starter to replace OIL cooler..
from that time (since 3 months) i have tried most everything and still the same.


1.replaced fuse box
2. replaced ECM - BCM - key - ignition coil - immo box + antenna + key from a working car..
3. reprogrammed everything online with AC DELCO TDS - everything says successfully programmed but anti theft keeps ON.
4. i revert back everything original ecu , bcm , key antenna and all replaced things .. still the same problem.. programmed with AC delco tds online still same errror
5. i have replaced new battery .. still the same issue
6. replaced new negative from battery to chassis still the same.
7. inspected all wirings everything looks good.
8. reprogrammed injector codes after ecu re programmed still the same problem


the only error i get on ecu is " p0633 - immobilizer key not programmed "


what's the idea? how to solve? any one have had any error like this?
