Default Surging problems
I own a 2002 Chevy Cavalier that the engine surges when I am driving or even just sitting there idling. The RPMs go up and down but when I am sitting there idling and the fan comes on it seems to stop surging and the RPMs do not go up and down. Can someone please help me and tell me what the problem would be. Thanks.

How many miles?
Is this the 2.2L ?

It has 121000 miles on it and it is a 2.2L.
