i have a chevy tahoe 2003. my low beams work fine, but i have no high beams. fuses seem to be fine.also i have noticed that sometimes when i start car, the clock and radio reset. also one time i started and nothing worked on the dashboard, gauges did not work. i drove a little bit stoped restarted and they worked.any help before i go to a garage for help.
