yessir. bars are bars. they all adjust the same. but you're rig ain't got em. buy a coil spring spacer to lift front end up. easy bolt on.

Apparently I'm getting schooled on another forum bout this. Cuz i dont know. put up the same pics I have here, they said you need to crank the TBs, I aksed can you do that on a 2wd, apparently im dumb for asking... i do need to do something, im rubbing pretty bad up front.

I'm prolly gonna go the coil spacer route

spacer bolts in same way as spring, then spring bolts to it, like normal.

I don't have coils... I just went out and checked. That means I have to have TBs, right?

I did a search and evidently you do have torsion bars, here is a link for a leveling kit.

Thanks MudManiac. When i changed my oil yesterday, and not the first time I've changed my oil. i noticed the TBs, but didn't think nothing of it. Then i went and checked later on... Torsion Bars. I feel dumb, I just don't know about Chevy front suspension.
I don't know if i'm just going to crank 'em and get longer shocks, or get the kit.
