Default Transmission Identification

I have the following 4spd in a 62 Impala which I am restoring. I am trying to ID the transmission and would appreciate any help. The following numbers are found on the case:

Stamped into the pad 19L524005
8.31.78/1
MLT7802
1204065903
WG Div.
FpC4
Has 3 grooves on the clutch spline.

I am not sure if it is a Borg Warner Super t-10 or not and what it may be out of. Any help is appreciated. I also need to get a good rebuild kit for it.

Thanks!

it is hard to figure it out just by the #'s (for me anyway) but here is a page that can help with figuring it out
