heyy all... I'm having a problem with my right turn signal on my 92 caprice. for some reason when I turn the right signal on it lights up but doesnt blink. I checked the lights and both are working but no blinking. could it be my relay or is it the column itself??

 

Do all four lamps blink with the hazards??

 

yeah the hazards blink..

 

Do you have a trailer harness ... check that.
Could very well be the flasher unit.
These would be the cheapest places to start.
