Default Vacuum lines?

Ok. Just put a edelbrock 600 cfm on my 75' k20 with a stock 350. According to edelbrock the vacuum on The left goes to the distributer and the right one goes to the tranny. I can't find the damn line that is supposed to go to the tranny. It is a auto transmission. Does the tranny need this vacuum? If I do need it where do I hook it to the transmission?

What kind of trans do you have? Is there a vacuum modulator on the trans? Gary

Not sure what kind of transmission. Stock I think. It's pretty low geared. How would I find out?

Either in the back of the trans or on the side, is there something that looks like a can(maybe smaller) but its round and bolted onto the trans with one bolt and a brcket? Gary

I attached a pic of the trans where the driveline comes in. Is that plugged hose on top the right one? My brother in law has a '73 and his is plugged as well.

Default Found it

Update…I learned just from the shape of the pan that it is a turbo 350 tranny, got the pic from LMC. The shift modulator is on the passenger side by the transfer case. It does have a vacuum coming off the back of the intake. I didn't know it was there, I thought the hose should have came off the front of the carb. Anyway, there is supposed to be a adjustment screw in the modulator to set when it shifts. I'm gonna try that next.

If there is an adjustment, it would be were the hose plugs in to the modulator. Pull off the hose and see if there one. gary
