I have a noise from both sides of engine with about 60 psi oil pressure nise is there hot or cold I remove the right valve cover and some rockers were shotting oil out 5 inches or so while others were very low rockers have no free play and noise seems to be quieter with the rpm raised . engine had set for a good while I have ran a quick flush threw it and changed the oil 4 times but noise hs not changed.

It's natural for a properly adjusted valve train to "slap" a little.

If you get it too "quiet", you're enabling the combustion fire to escape from the combustion chamber a little each pass, which will quickly scorch your valves.

Most motor pool workers will advise you to leave the rockers just a hair loose.
