Default Water Leaking From Blue Line Tube

I think I am missing something here, Water leaking out of blue line valve. Have I knocked a tube off?

Looks like the AC drain line to me.

that is the evaporator drain for the air conditioning...if water is draining out during ac operation...its normal.
