Default Will my truck fit this tire?

Hi, i'm having trouble finding information as to whither or not my truck will fit this tire. I'm looking to upgrade my tire size on my 1993 Chevrolet k1500 standard cab 5.0L to a 285/75/16, the truck if stock height could be leveled at most but there's definitely no lift on it. right now it has 265/75/16's on it which i'm guessing is stock. I do alot of off roading and get bouncing around alot so i want to make sure that the axles and arms will hit the bump stops before the tire hits the wheel wells, without trimming anything. and i want to be able to turn without rubbing. will this tire fit or will i need a lift of some sort? I definitely want a meaner look without having get a lift if possible. Any info helps thanks!

never mind i got it figured out. mine will fit the 285/70/16's but i want the 285/75/16's. i think i will just get the ones i want because the only difference is a 1.12 inch height difference. so if they rub i will just get a 1 or 2 inch body lift, possibly a leveling kit. thanks for your info it helped a lot!
