Default 06 Chevy HHR LT

Bcross82 Ok I have been working on my hhr due to a bad mechanic... He installed the wrong sway bar on vehicle and linkage Slt. I also noticed after getting all bolts out except for the rear bracket bolts. That he installed those in upside down. Which has created a huge issue on removing them. I can't fit a 15 mm wrench around the bolt head due to frame and the shaft goes to the top under the metal lip. How he got it on and tight is beyond me.
Could definitely use some ideas

There must be a way if he got them in. Can you get a thin cut off wheel in there to cut the head of the bolt off? Can you post a picture?

Default Sway bar is now ready to remove

What bolts need to be removed on the front cradle to lower it a couple inches. I have 5 bolts out so far but it still didn't lower down
Can someone show me a picture or diagram.
