Hi Brent,
I have a 2008 HHR and have tried this but can't get to "TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY", How do I get to this point. I have 4 buttons on steering wheel and one says info, is this the "Press Vehicle information button"?
Thanks in advance for this and any other info you can give.

The key fob's have to be setup with a Tech2 service tool which is normally only at the stealer or a shop that has one.

Setup, yes. Would it be possible to re pair one after just replacing the battery, or do I have to take it in for that too

replacing the battery should not cause the fob to lose programming. is the battery clip loose from the board?

I believe so, but I can check. I got the car used, and to my knowledge the battery was dead for a quite a while before I replaced it

get a set off Amazon, compatible with your vehicle. Easy to program. Or you can replace with a small screw driver.
