Default 06 doesnt start up right away after putting gas in some times

06' ls doesn't start up the first try immediately after putting gas in, only happened a handful of times but I was wondering what would cause that? Its not bad gas, I found kias and saturns online that had similar problems but not chevys. Anyone have that issue or know someone?

This only happens when getting gas? If so, does it matter what level the tank was before filling? Is there any pressure in the tank when you remove the cap? Should ask do you ever have check engine light?

yes only when getting gas and not all the time its happened when it was cold outside and hot. And it doesnt matter what the tank level is at. The gas cap was replaced awhile ago its a chevy cap, because a light came on I didnt own the car than so im not sure what light. Ive never had a check enging light or anything come on.since ive owned it.

Does it blow out when you open the cap? Do you fill it up everytime?

Sounds like a plugged return line, have a mechanic check it.
