Doesn't matter what cylinder was misfirind if you don't know what the code was.

Or are they in the holder like they are supposed to be?
Did you double check the part numbers to make sure you got the right ones?
Did you get OEM equivelant or OEM? For example does the car take platinum and you put in coppers or iridium?
Did you clean off the coil and coil towers?
Did you clean off the ICM?
Did you tighten them down snug or use the proper torque spec?

There is nothing wrong with tightening them down snug. You don't need to be 100% exact and you certainly don't want to gorilla them down. But realistically a 1/4 turn can be the difference between a misfire and a normal functioning plug. Normally this is stuff you should know and do as you are doing the plugs so there is no need to come back and check it. You pull the plugs out of the box, make sure they are gapped properly, you put them in. Make sure it's the right wire and it's in the right part of the holder and then you put it on. You clean the coil, coil towers and ICM before installing the wires. When you are done your done. It comes natural to you after you get into the practice of it.
Ill make it easier than this. Did you get ACDelco plugs and wires?

My impala has been doing the same thing. It gave me a random misfire code.

also you said you replaced all of these things but have you gotten underneath the vehicle after the problem occurs to look at your cat? if when you look at it if its red it stopped up and also when the car is off you can take a malet and tap it if it sounds like rattling then chances are its bad
