I decided to ask before I spray with liquid wrench and ask where to spray?

I had that problem last year on my Silverado. I sprayed the bolt with Blaster and tapped it with a hammer. Then I put a box end wrench on the bolt and used a piece of pipe on the end of the wrench for more leverage and pulled as hard as possible and it came loose. I had to turn the wheel to one side to gain access to do this. I don't guarantee this but it worked for me.
