I have a 2004 impala base model, and was wondering if any has had the problem or knows the solution for the wipers not going all the way up. I've seen many posts about them not returning to the off position but mine seem to stop part way up the window making them somewhat useless, and the lower wiper speeds barely seem to work at all...i would like to attempt to fix this myself and save money, just not sure where to begin...wiper motor issue?
