you maybe very correct, but in this economy ebay's price was at $60 bucks and dealer was $190+...

For being on a very limited budget, i needed it resolved the with the least upfront cost. but you are right i might have to replace it in a year or so. but for now it took the TC light off and the embarrassing growl noise when i made left turns!
