Tweeters are working, if I throw the fade full forward I can hear the tweeters. The new radio I installed yesterday is a new factory unit but it has the 6 CD changer, the original didn't. I will have to check on the uq3 option when I get home.

 

it that radio compatible with your radio options? Also when the radio is programmed all the correct build options must be chosen to ensure it works properly.

 

I have this same problem it's intermittent, but the door speakers will cut out but the tweeters still play. If you find a solution to this I'd love to know about it.

 

Just heard from the dealer. Wiring is fine, internal speaker problem. Replacing both front door speakers.

Well it has been a week and a half now, everything is working fine. Nice to have tunes sounding like they should.

Amber, the dealer replaced the speakers but I paid for it.
