Talking Bluetooth issue

I just bought my 2010 Impala lt and I'm trying to set up my Bluetooth. In park I press and hold the Bluetooth button until she tells me ready. I say Bluetooth and she says pardon. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Please help

You may need to speak more clearly for the system to recognize your voice command. If you continue to have issues with the bluetooth system you may want to look into speaking with a dealership. They should be able to setup the system for you if you would like or if there were an issue with the system they would be able to diagnose the vehicle and repair it as well. I hope this helps you. If you have more questions feel free to contact me.
