Default Bluetooth Issue

Hi everyone.

I have a 2010 3500HD. For the last 5 years, I have had my phone paired with the stock bluetooth system in my truck without issue. Lately however, when I turn my truck off and get out, my phone stays connected to the truck. I have reset my phone, deleted the pairing with my truck, and even changed phones. It appears to me that the truck BT is not functioning properly.

Anyone heard of this? Is there an easy solution? Thanks.

Hi burntheobedient,

Have you recently updated the software on your cellular device? You may have to visit the dealership to have this issue diagnosed. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to look further into this for you. We're just a private message away.
