Default Brake lights/ turn sig inop

Last year I was having an issue my brake lights and turn signals stopped working on my 05 impala LS, my mechanic replaced the brake switch and it was fixed not sure if he did anything else.

Today I'm having the same issue on it. Though I have power at the brake pedal position switch when not engaged.

has anyone seen these issues b4 and what could I do to fix it? obviously the switch may be faulty again but could there be an issue within my harness causing this issue to happen again and again? someone help ASAP I live in nys and my inspections up

have you checked on recalls lately? not sure if that year is one but theres a recall 13036 on a lot of cars for brake lights inop, not promising that's the issue but its a start. Are the bulbs good and voltage to the bulbs?

just because it's new in the box, it doesn't guarantee its going to work. I've gotten several parts from the automated that v were faulty...brand new, didn't work
