Looks like 2 squirt gun streams coming from behind belt tensioner any suggestions

Not sure, but it maybe the thermostat or the hoses that run to your heater core.

What year, what engine? I had a similar issue with my 2001 Impala with the 3.8L engine. There are 2 plastic right-angle heater hose fittings that pass the engine coolant along from the block to the alternator bracket. At the top of the alternator bracket is where the heater hoses attach. The right angle fittings have a tendency to crack/leak. This could be your problem as well, but not sure since I don't know the year/eng.
