Junkman's right. The chimes sound thru your drivers side speaker. If it blown or on the way, that could be the problem. Turn the radio on and fade all sound completely to the front and to the left. If there's a lot of popping and buzzing, you need new speakers. Sonicelectronix.com or crutch field.com are two great options for finding replacements. If the sound is fine, look to the group of buttons to the right of the gauge cluster. Cycle thru the second one from the bottom (the one with a list and a check mark) until you see ur gauge readout say "door chime volume" or something along those lines. Make sure it's up loud enough for you to hear comfortably. Then hit the bottom button (the big check mark) to confirm your choice. If that doesn't do it, maybe a loose connection behind the head unit? Good luck!
