Default low rumbling noise

I have an '07 Impala LT / 3.5 V6. Put a set of Michelin Harmony tires on about 1 year ago. Love the tires, nice ride and handling. Just recently began to notice a low rumbling / humming noise from the rear at moderate to highway speeds. Car has 145,000 miles. Tires still look almost new, no abnormal wear front or rear. Car has mostly highway commuting miles.Car has original struts front and rear. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I'm a pretty decent shadetree mechanic but need help with the diagnosis. Thanks in advance, Chris

Rotate the tires and see if the rumbling goes to the front. The tires may look new but they can also be out of round. This does happen on occasion.

thanks for the response. I just got back from a test drive, ( it's the wifes commuter) and it's gotten much worse since I drove it 4 days ago. It sounds like a left rear wheel bearing for sure. Chris
