88 K5 will not turn over

Update 5 years later
So 5 years later and back to work on this. was working on the body after a long break due to heart problems.
Sill will not run.
New Stuff inlast week.
Another fuel pump
another fuel filter
another Fuel Pump relay
Oil pressure switch
New spark plugs and wires
New Battery
Cleaned the injector filters.
When I bypass the fuel pump relay I get over 12v at the fuel pump assembly. Since it runs when I apply 12v directly to the pump I have ruled out the ground.
Any ideas ????
