Default bumper swap

I love my k5 blazer but I hate the rear bumper...it just looks like chevy slapped it on at the last minute. I'm wondering if a regular old style chevy pick up rear bumper is a direct bolt on. Has anyone done this before?

well I didn't get a pickup bumper yet, I wanted to know if they would interchange before I looked for one. I've seen pickup bumpers on blazers but I didn't know how much fab work is involved in making it bolt up. If its just a simple swap and bolt then i'll do it.

Thanks for the pic with the measurement man...that will come in handy in the spring when I start the tear down for some major body work. Sadly it's almost time to get the tarp out and store her away for the winter.
