Default Need help finding out what these are?

1st pic: these wires connected underneath the fender panel just underneath the driver side seat belt mount

2nd pic: Dead center of the engine bay, haven't seen it's counterpart that it would connect to.

3rd pic: small hose and connector coming out a few inches below the junction box

4th pic: Small black wire that was grounded under the driver seat, was badly stripped and coroded, even though I do not know what exactly its purpose is I still replaced the connector.

5th pic: Three large gauge wires that were ran underneath the headliner, one is stripped and appears to be an antenna wire for the radio. They all have connections on the outside that are all three identical.

I am just now beginning my battle with auto electronics so if some of these are DUH items that is why. thanks for the view, please share any info you might have.
