Default Sliding rear side windows

Hey guys. I haven't really looked yet, but I'm sure it's fairly easy. Can any of you direct me on removal of the existing rear sliders. Also, is there anything special I need to think about when I'm installing the new ones?

I've located 2 used ones that are in mint condition, so I'm just replacing the entire assembly on each side (molding, etc....).

it is easier than the front windsheild, there is a strip that runs around in the rubber surround, pull out the strip and get a pair of glass puller sticks and peel the glass out
