Default window motor in my 87 k5

I have taken off the door trim and see what looks to be the window motor in the lower right hand corner of the door. I have been to autozone to get replacements and figured ifI do one might as well do the other, but the replacements dont look like what is in the door but for the most part allI really see is a gold plate with 3 bolts going through it. I can reach down to whatI think the motor is but not sure how to access this motor. I dont know if there are bolts that I need to loosen to move the motor or what needs to be done to get the old one out and a new one in. Any advice would greatly be appreciated so that way I can start the lifting portion of my project.

Thanks,

Michael
