Alright so here's the deal I've had this 2008 Malibu LT 2.4 Ltr for about a year or so now, over the past few months I've noticed that I've been burning a lot more gas then normal. A seven mile trip will take me a 1/8th of a tank so or (from what the ecu and gauge says I run Tourqe pro). Yet other times it use's less. No matter what I'm not getting the gas millage that I should. I've had it aligned, front end is a total brand new rebuild, tire's are good, it's had a full tune up, and no codes have gone off, I've used all kinds of octane boosters and cleaners/additives with no luck. And no I don't speed around every place I go. So any help would be great. With the rising gas prices I need to fix this issue.

 

I also noticed today that my gauge jumps about a 1/8 of a tank.
