i just replaced the wiper motor and fuses and still can't figure out why the wipers aren't working. they just quit and now they don't work at all. the new motor is the one with the delay. noone seems to be able to tell me whether there's a wiper relay or not. i checked out the chilton's on the car but all it told me was how to replace the wiper motor. any help would be appreciated.

 

There is likely a wiper relay, especially if your wiper switch is column mounted. Best suggestion: trace the wires from the control switch or wiper motor to find it. A wiring schematic would be helpful because you can backtrack from the wiper motor to the supply (relay) following the color codes.
