2004 chevy classic or malibu
I am looking to buy a fleet 2004 chevy classic ($5000ish). I am just wondering what the difference are between the classic and malibu. From what I read, the only difference is the trim, but kbb's average user ratings are quite different between the two with classic being 3.6/5 and malibu being 4.3/5. So is the fleet chevy classic worth buying?
Thank you and I appreciate any opinions.

RE: 2004 chevy classic or malibu
I have both an 04 Malibu and an 00 Malibu (same style/chassis as the "Classic" '04) - get the regular Malibu. The quality, performance, and reliability are much better in the newer model.

The Classic is the previous generation Malibu, the 1997-2003. The 2004 was the new design offered from 2004 through 2007.
For 2008, the 2003-2007 design was offered as the Malibu Classic.
