hello i have 2006 chevy malibu 2.2 liter 4 cylinder this morning after a short drive i parked it then 20min later i tried to turn it on but now it will not start instead it makes a loud screeching noise when i turn over the ignition is it possible this is my starter or maybe fuel pump?...thanks in advance im lost here
