The 30 amp fuse that controls the power windows blew two weeks ago. I replaced with another fuse, windows worked fine. This morning when I started the car, the fuse blew as soon as I turned the key. The only window switch I use is the driver's switch that controls all four windows. I never noticed any slow down in the window motors or odd noises. Does this sound like a driver's master switch problem, wiring?

 

The fuse blew when you turned the key or when you touched the window switch with the key turned? That fuse supplies power to both the driver and passenger window switches. The driver window switch then supplies power to both the rear window switches depending on the lock-out setting. I guess you'll just have to work through them one by one.
