Assuming that one of the sensors has not gone bad, you need to take it to the dealership for a reprogram. If you are still under warranty, it should be free and should only take a few minutes.
Just for the sake of possibilities; do you happen to have Nitrogen filled tires? Reason being that the sensor would usually detect a drop and rise in pressure due to temperature change. If it does not detect the adjustments in pressure, it will throw a code because it thinks the sensor is bad.
