Default 99 malibu ign change. wont start p1631
I replaced the ignition in my 99 malibu 2.4l because other one i was starting with screw driver for year. so i replaced it now car wont start. my snap-on solus is saying passlock p1631. My question is do i have to go have my ecm flashed at a dealer to get it to run? I need help
