im tryin to determine if problem is the rack or the pump. The power steering works fine in park only when you accelerate to around 3000k. At idle steering is very very stiff. So pump just not putting out enough pressure? has plenty of fluid and again the pump isnt makig anykind of weird crazy noises. Car did have a cuple leaks in ps before i got it. po fixed one i fixed the other. Jacked car up and bled it still same problem.
