I dropped the little platic piece that snaps the gasket on the lower intake manifold into one of the holes. Do I need to take everything back apart? Or would it be fine. I heard two different things. 1. It would blow out the exhaust 2. It will go into my block. I really hope it isnt the second one

 

how lucky do you feel?
the safe bet is to remove it. removing the manifold isn't that time consuming.

 

if you're lucky, it's just sitting on a valve right now. Try using compressed air and a piece of thin copper tube or something to reach in there and blow it out.
Or a vacuum.
