Help! Recently, my instrument panel lights on my 2005 Malibu have begun to flicker while I am driving...the car doesn't stop or anything,..it's just that all the lights start to flicker on and off, turn off the radio, etc..it is annoying and dangerous...what is the cause of this? Supposedly the battery and alternator are ok, I had them checked. Please advise, thanks...

Welcome to the forum.
There probably isn't a simple answer. It could be a supply side problem or grounding problem. Does the illumination on the radio go out or the radio itself turn off, as in no sound? How comfortable are you with troubleshooting vehicle electrical problems?

2005Malibu_MD,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Did a GM dealership check your battery and alternator or did you have an independent shop check?
Thank you
