Keyless Entry 06 Malibu

Lock button is not working on remote, but the unlock and trunk are. Can't use remote start without lock. What could be wrong before I go get it checked?

Maybe there is depris underneath the rubber key pad. Take it apart and clean the contacts with alcohol. Give that a shot.
