Default Parasitic Draw, BCM?

Battery went dead after not driving for a few days. Charged the battery and a few days later had the same issue. Eventually replaced battery and alternator and realized I had a draw on the battery after the car was off.

I disconnected the negative terminal and I have about 1.5amp draw when the car is off. I began pulling fuses and discovered I have about 1/2 an amp going through fuse 25 which is IBCM 2. I discovered I have 3/4 of an amp going through fuse 20 which is IBCM 1.

Seems like BCM isn't shutting off and is draining my battery. I've had other issues where the BCM could be culprit, power door locks used to work intermittently and then stopped working. Truck popper works intermittently.

I've done all kinds of work on various makes and models but I've never had a parasitic draw issue. I presume my BCM is bad and I need to replace it. But the BCM controls a lot of the components on the car, so my question is, is it possible that some other component is drawing power but it draws through the BCM so it appears that the BCM is drawing power? Or is it likely as it appears, the BCM isn't shutting down and drawing power, and if the BCM were shutting down no component would be able to draw power through the BCM when the car is off?

All comments and advice is appreciated.
