Parking lamps and tail lamps wont turn off???

Parking lamps and tail lamps wont turn off???
Ok
I finished my aftermarket radio install today and thought everything was working until it started to get dark and I noticed the front parking lamps were still on as well as the rear tail lights? I used a harness and did no cutting to the cars wires. I reinstalled the OEM radio but they still say on? Any Ideas?
When I disconnect the battery they turn off. When it is reconnected they turn on with the car off. I pulled the fuse and relay from the rear fuse panel and they still stay on with those removed??!!
